Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Church Located in downtown Kodiak, this historic site recalls the days when Kodiak was the headquarters of the Russian Empire in the North Pacific. The church features blue onion domes and the reliquary of St. Herman. A large icon of the saint as well as the metal chains that he wore are located above the reliquary.
